A rather standard looking package hides
a host of alround modifications designed to improve the whole car rather
than just make it more powerful. First up was a turbo swap to a VF30 which
helped airflow considerably, along with the mandatory 3" exhaust, air filter
upgrade, intercooler water spray, and alloy drive pulleys. To compliment
it a custom Haltech E6K was installed as a piggyback and takes control
over the fuel and ignition system, including timed sequential injection.
The Haltech install has greatly improved the mid and bottom power over
factory with a little extra up top, and still returning the same or even
better fuel economy than the factory ECU.
Chassis-wise it has copped a dose of heavier
rate King springs, fully adjustable Koni shocks, larger diameter Selby
sway bars with the front one adjustable, Whiteline adjustable front and
rear strut braces, uprated brakes and Falken Azenis tyres.
