WHAT'S NEW!
Haltech
Platinum Pro Nissan
200SX S15 - Available Soon
Hitman has been working closely with
Haltech in the development of the Pro
Series ECU for the S15 200SX. This ECU is as direct plug-in
replacement for the
original ECU, and features many control systems similar to an OEM
system. Features such as
knock control with mapped long-term trim learning, short and long term
closed-loop fuel control,
main fuel and ignition maps for both on and off VCT, and support for
either MAF or MAP load
sensing. A perfect choice for those looking for more a more powerful
option than the Apexi Power FC. MAF or no-MAF, just tick the box and go.

ICV
Emissions Cap
I have been asked by a few people about
the required emissions level
for individually contructed vehicles. There has been an agreement
that any non-production vehicle only need to meet ADR 37/01 if they are
built in any year from 1997 to current. This makes it just a little bit
easier to approve vehicles that are nearing completion.
Mazda SP23 Reflashing
Reflashing of the
SP23 has been tested and confirmed, with gains around 10% achievable
with no negatives. Contact Hitman for more information.

Haltech Platinum Pro Honda S2000 - In Development
Hitman is in the final beta test tuning of the Honda S2000 Pro ECU.
With the Fuel and Ignition maps for both on and off VTEC to allow
seemless cam switching, perfect idle and closed loop fuel control, and
absolutely zero bank-cranking experienced with other system. Expect to
see the new system on sale over the coming months. Perfect for turbo or
supercharger conversions!

Change in Uniform
Not
really news, but expect a shift in dresscode around the workshop. A
change from plain shirts to a new colour scheme should be implemented
in the next month or so.
Recent Emissions Vehicles
Expect to see a subsection showcasing some of the recent vehicles I have tested and passed emissions soon.

Why the name Hitman?
Hitman
Injection Tuning was originally named in the early 1990's as H.I.T.
which stood for Haltech Injection Tuning with permission to use the
Haltech name given by Bill Mitchell, the owner of Haltech at the
time. From this came the nickname of "The H.I.T Man" and
eventually lead to the current name. No, I do not "take care of" people, although I have been asked...
